Kylie Jenner has made quite a few bucks with her makeup line, namely her Kylie Lip Kits. She may soon have to part with some of that cash as makeup artist Vlada Haggerty is threatening her with a lawsuit.
Haggerty alleges that the reality star has jacked some of her makeup photo concepts and used them to promote her cosmetics line.
A visit to Vlada’s Instagram page, @vladamua, yields tons of striking visuals, most focused on lips and lip art. Vlada and her team of professional photographers claim that the pictures Kylie is using to promote her line are dead ringers for theirs.
Images, not ideas are legally protected, and that may give Jenner a bit of wiggle room if she just used Vlada’s images for “inspiration”. Take a look at a few side by side images on the next pages.
