It’s all fun and games until the three-some sex tape leaks and you find yourself in court, even if you didn’t leak it on purpose. Just ask former boxing champion Adrien Broner.
According to TMZ a Nevada court is ordering Broner pay one of two ladies that appeared in a recorded three-some, that was ultimately leaked to World Star Hip Hop, $175,000 (plus other fees). The former champion contends an opportunist posted the footage after finding it on a phone he lost.
The report goes on to say that the jury agreed with AB’s assertion that he did not leak the footage intentionally but did find him to be negligent in the handling of the phone. As a result, he has to hand over $40k in lost wages and $135k for pain and suffering to the plaintiff.
The plaintiff’s attorney, Kevin Hansen, tells TMZ Sports, “I’m happy to see that the jury saw through the defendant’s games. They saw [my client] for who she is and Broner for who he is.”
Remember kids, password your phones at all times. Better yet, if you plan on participating in three-some, sweep the room for bugs, cameras and cell phones.
