Multiple media outlets, including BBC News, are confirming that French police have arrested 17 suspects in connection with the Kim Kardashian robbery in Paris last year. The arrests took place in multiple cities and was a coordinated effort by various authorities. All suspects are being held in multiple police stations and must be charged within 96 hours.
The suspects are all known by the police and mainly in their 50s, with the oldest being 72. French police have told the media that traces of DNA left behind at the Kardashian robbery scene led to the arrests.
Kardashian has generally kept a low profile since the attack in Paris this past October. Hopefully the police have all the right suspects in custody and the guilty parties are punished for this heinous crime.
