Ronda Rousey’s coach has been quiet since she got KO’d by Amanda Nunes at UFC 207. TMZ sports tracked down Edmond Tarverdyan while he was leaving the Glendale Fighting Club on Tuesday and asked him about all the people saying he is not the right coach for Rousey and blaming him for the loss. Tarverdyn, didn’t say much but took it in stride and shrugged off the haters saying, “it doesn’t matter what people say.”
There is certainly some truth in that. It really doesn’t matter what people say, what matters is where he and Rousey go from here, if anywhere. That’s a question that remains to be answered.
Check out video of Traverdyan leaving the fight club and briefly responding to TMZ.
