There’s not a more exciting period of the NBA regular season than right now. All-star weekend is near and so is the trade deadline.
As fans across the country make up unrealistic trade scenarios to make their team better, we have a semi-big trade already in the books.
According to ESPN, the eighth-seeded Denver Nuggets are sending center Jusuf Nurkic and a first-round draft pick to the Portland Trail Blazers for Mason Plumlee.
Nurkic is a throwback big man, who is averaging 8.0 points and 5.8 rebounds per game, while Plumlee is averaging 11.1 points, 8.0 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game.
