This feels foul in multiple ways….
But, a funeral home in Memphis is allowing you to say your final goodbyes to your loved ones from the seat in your car.  Ryan Bernard, owner of R. Bernard Funeral Home Services gives the details on how it works.
Say a family has a visitation from 4 to 6. We would put their loved one in the drive-thru viewing area say around 1 o’clock and they will have a drive-thru viewing from 1 to 2:30. Â The service is free for customers with funeral packages, and so far four families have tried it out.
We’ve been getting rave reviews. We’ve had people actually just pull up drive-thru just had a curiosity they didn’t even know the person who passed. Â Some people, they don’t want to deal with the hassle, the chaos of a large funeral; parking, especially with inclement weather, so that was an extra convenience for those.
Death is something which can bring a tremendous amount of pain no doubt. Â However, it’s also a celebration of life long memories. Â Apparently business is business and money talks.
