2. Houston Texans
The Texans pretty much had the same problem as the Broncos, no quarterback. They boasted a top defense in 2016. They also have a DeAndre Hopkins, but Brock Osweiler proved ineffective at the quarterback position. Houston wouldn’t require Romo to move his family too far, and gives him a solid all around team that’s an instant Super Bowl contender.
