“I make good music!” Those were the words spoken by Chargers LB Melvin Ingram during a TMZ interview when he was asked what differentiates him from other athletes that rap. Ingram released a new mixtape entitled Franchise Tag under his moniker “Supa Mel.”
Also in the interview Ingram says his heart is in football but he knows he is talented musically, saying:
Everybody got their own hobby. Some people like to cook. Some people like to play golf. I do music and I do it well.
Ingram goes on to say that Damian Lillard and Le’veon Bell are talented and do their thing, but he [Ingram] makes good music.
