We had the opportunity to chat with Jimmy Butler about the Bulls and how they have been adjusting to a team without Derrick Rose. In addition, he also shared his charity work with Kellog’s Cereal in which they look to educate everyone about the child hunger situation in America.
When you’re presented with facts about a real-life scary situation in this country, you immediately want to do something. That’s what Kellogg’s is trying to do with their #BucketsForBreakfast challenge. They asked Chicago Bulls very own Jimmy Butler to be apart of it and they also shared one fact with us:
Chicago’s Cook County ranked among the top five counties in the nation with more than 100,000 children facing food insecurity.
Jimmy Butler shared with us how he thinks that this issue is extremely important considering the fact that we all live in one of the most powerful nations in the world. In addition, we took the opportunity to ask him about the team’s chemistry since Dwyane Wade joined. And on the flip side, we asked him how the team has been since Derrick Rose exited his way towards New York.
You can listen in to our interview above. What’s your favorite Kellogg’s cereal?
