There is no need for the Warriors to panic.
The reason they brought in Kevin Durant was to beat the Cavs. They probably won’t need him until the Western Conference Finals at best which aren’t until late May.
Give him a full 2 months to recover, no need to rush him back. If he is feeling good by the Western Conference Semis, slowing bring him back into the rotation.
Have to think long-term, not short-term.
