An Orlando woman is being charged with attempted murder after she stabbed her boyfriend in the head in front of her five children.
According to the Orlando Sentinel, authorities were called to the home of Ebony Jackson after a report of a domestic altercation between Jackson and her unidentified boyfriend. Officers determined there was no crime but urged one of the parties vacate the premises before they left and returned to the station. The report goes on to say that an hour later police returned to the home after a second call and found Jackson’s boyfriend covered in blood from an apparent stab wound to the head. Two of the children present confirmed that Jackson stabbed the man in the head.
During a search of the premises officers found a pool of blood from the back bedroom to the front door and a kitchen knife with blood on it.
Jackson, who according to records was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in 2004 and 2013, is currently being held at the Orange County Jail without bond.
