It’s painfully clear 50 Cent still misses his friend Floyd Mayweather. He misses him so much that he can’t help but to fire up a warning shot whenever he can at his former BFF.
Once the business with prodigy, and Mayweather Promotions signee Gervonta Davis was complete (a successful defense of the IBF super featherweight title against Liam Smith in England), Mayweather linked up with WBA/IBF heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua.
In a video shot by FightHype.com, Mayweather tells Joshua that he’s a true champion but needs a little work on the defensive side and is more than willing to help him. 50 caught wind of the video and posted his own response with WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder. In true 50 Cent form he had a colorful response to Floyd’s offer to teach Joshua defense.
Maybe we can get the two frenemies to sit side-by-side at this fight when it happens. But, it won’t be happening in the near future.
