14 year NBA veteran David West is now a champion, after his Golden State Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers Monday night to secure the title. It has been a long road for the proud vet and the series deciding game wasn’t devoid of drama. West received a technical foul in the first half and got into it with the Cavs Tristan Thompson. All of that is a distant memory now and West spoke to NBA TV’s David Aldridge postgame about what this title means.
