The official start of the football season is right around the corner but for Calvin Pryor his time on the field is over, at least for now.
TMZ reports that Pryor has been let go by the Cleveland Browns after becoming involved in a fight with teammate Ricardo Lewis.
NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo says the fight was with WR Ricardo Louis. Coach Hue Jacksonsays the issue is an “internal matter.” The story was first reported by Ian Rapoport.
Pryor is still playing under his rookie contract — 4 years, $8.5 million.
