Loyalty, loyalty, loyalty has been used every time a player a decides to do what’s best for them. Anytime a player leaves in free agency or asks for a trade, it’s, “you should be loyal to your team & teammates”. However, when teams deal these players out of nowhere it’s business.

People killed him for wanting to be traded because he’s playing with LeBron and he should be grateful. However, in that trade came IT who played in a playoff game right after his sister died in a car accident.
Dirk Nowitzki shared his thoughts about loyalty in the NBA. He’s managed to play his entire career with the Mavs and has taken pay cuts to help Cuban out. He has a very unique relationship/situation in Dallas and it’s truly rare.
