LeBron James was ejected in the third quarter of the Cavs’ 108-97 win over his former Heat team in Cleveland on Tuesday night. After a no-call, James stormed up to referee Kane Fitzgerald and was immediately tossed after a heated confrontation.
This was James’ first ejection of his 15-year career. Per a pool report, Fitzgerald explained why he tossed James in that moment.

James was handed down a technical foul immediately after the confrontation and was forced to leave the court. From then on, Miami would cut down the large deficit but the Cavs had no problem putting them away.
