The Oklahoma City Thunder fell to the Trailblazers in Portland last night, 103-99. Thunder PG Russell Westbrook poured in 25 points, nine assists and six rebounds but was not happy with the loss or the officiating in the game.
OKC’s Carmelo Anthony was ejected in the third quarter of the game for a flagrant two call. This was shocking to fans as he was driving to the basket but officials thought that he was extending his elbow as he was finishing.
These events prompted Westbrook to address the officiating after the game. He said that the calls in the game were “a bunch of bull***” and that the Thunder don’t get officiated the way that other teams do.
