There have been Michael Jordan and LeBron James comparisons ever since James got into the NBA in 2003. The way they dominate in each statistical category is compared along with their legacy in regards to championship rings.
TMZ Sports caught up with Billups to compare the two legends’ legacies. He said while James is close to reaching Jordan in every statistical category, there’s still nothing he can do to surpass Jordan. Billups’ comments are in response to Jordan’s former teammate Scottie Pippen saying that James edges Jordan in stats while James loses when it comes to accolades.
While this debate will go on forever, Billups was able to analyze both of Jordan and James’ performances and style of play as he was able to play against both of them during his 17-year career.
