The mother of NBA star Chris Bosh has been named as a suspect in a drug trafficking investigation.
TMZ Sports reports that Frieda Bosh’s home was raided by the Desoto Police Department on Friday morning after obtaining a search warrant in a drug trafficking investigation. The home is owned by her son.
A rep for the DPD tells us a bunch of evidence was seized from the home — “a large amount of drug paraphernalia was recovered consistent with narcotics trafficking.”
Officials believe crack cocaine and heroin were being trafficked through the home.
The report goes on to say that law enforcement does not believe that Chris has any connection to the case and no arrests have been made at this time.
