LeBron James turned 33 today and reflected on some of his favorite birthdays with the media. He admitted that his 21st was definitely the best one.
James reminisced on how due to the fact that he was a superstar since he was 18, he still couldn’t get into clubs at that time. Many people who worked at these venues were tempted to let him in but couldn’t due to the possibility of their liquor licenses being revoked.
James said the best part about turning 21 was being able to go to the clubs in Las Vegas. He recalled how he was always in Vegas for USA Basketball but couldn’t make the most of it due to being under 21. He said the excitement was real when he could finally flash his ID with his age of 21 on it.
