According to TMZ prosecutors are done with Nelly’s rape case but Nelly is not done. He vows to sue the woman who is falsely accusing him of rape.
The prosecutors in Washington State dropped the case against Nelly this past week as they say the accuser was not cooperating and they could not proceed. According to Nelly’s attorney
“Nelly has sufferd very real damage to his reputation and has suffered an incurred economic loss and painfull has watched his family suffer.”
Rosenblum who is Nelly’s attorney says Nelly recognizes real victims of sexual assault need to be heard and adds that’s why Nelly is going after his accuser. The accuser’s attorney says her client refused to testify because there was too much public pressure for going after a huge celeb.
