Nike recently announced that they’ll expand their current campus in Beaverton, Oregon with four new buildings, one of the four will be dedicated to none other than Serena Williams.
The twenty-three time Grand Slam winner will have one of the four new buildings named after her, as a way of paying tribute to her in-court success and elevating women’s tennis to greater heights.
Serena Williams’ building will be the biggest on the campus and cover more than one million square feet and it is expected to open in 2019 per Khadrice Rollin.
