Miami vs. Patriots are starting to become one of my favorite showdowns and it’s possible that it has everything to do with two people, Ndamukong Suh and Tom Brady.
Primetime on Sunday just got a little fun with Brady heading to Miami to face a tough Dolphin’s defense and a particular player looking to drive him crazy. Brady isn’t the all-star QB in Miami like he is in other cities (career 7-8) and the Dolphins are hoping that trend continues, especially with Suh holding the reins.
“We know he likes to drop back and throw comfortably and have this nice pocket, but my sole job is to disrupt that at all costs. I’m not much of a talker,” Suh said when asked what he says to Brady when he takes down the QB. “I usually don’t like going to the ground. I like inflicting pain and then going about my business and getting ready for the next play. I usually try to not stay on the ground and hop up quick.”
Suh has the tendency to get in players heads, and I’m sure Sunday night it won’t be any different.
