The Tennessee Titans have made a surprise move and have abruptly fired Head Coach Mike Mularkey. The Titans were fresh off a playoff loss to the Patriots and seemed to be headed in the right direction after an encouraging season, but one playoff victory was not enough.
Earlier in the week, there was talk of Mularkey getting an extension.
