There have been rumors surfacing about LeBron James possibly signing with the Warriors this summer. Cleveland has recently lost 12 of their last 18 games and the turmoil in the locker room is at an all-time high.
Atlanta Hawks General Manager Travis Schlenk weighed in on the rumors of James heading to Golden State. Schlenk was also the GM of the Warriors prior to arriving in Atlanta.
92.9 The Game in Atlanta had Schlenk as a guest on the show to discuss James possibly departing for Golden State. Schlenk said he would be suprised if this move happens. He went on to say that James is the perfector of delivering whatever story regarding him to the public. Schlenk also praised James’ use of social media such as his cryptic messages on Twitter to get the media talking.
Going to the Warriors will shock the NBA harder than Kevin Durant going there. James knows that. But it would not be a surprise to find out that James is just fueling this speculation just for fun to get the league in a frenzy.
