Cops in Clackamas County say 20-year-old Jahrell Lillard was shot by two men in a Macy’s parking lot around 9 PM last night. Five to ten shots were fired according to witnesses. Officials believe Lillard was the victim of a targeted attack.
Lillard was able to escape after being shot at and ran into a Macy’s Home Store before police confirmed he collapsed just inside the store entrance.
