Five Reasons Bill Belichick Could Trade GRONK Before The Season Starts

It’s well-known in NFL circles how Bill Belichick & the New England Patriots roll when it comes to parting ways with players, stars or not. Tom Brady is literally the only player in Belichick’s tenure that has survived the ax & it’s solely because his play has never fallen off the proverbial cliff.

You can rest assured, being a star player in New England isn’t like starring for any other NFL organization. Stand out too much, you’ll get the wheels turning in Belichick’s head about how to turn you into value. Ask Richard Seymour, Lawyer Milloy, or hell,  the latest victim –Malcolm Butler.

Rob Gronkowski is likely headed to the Hall of Fame, & in what should be the twilight of his Patriot career, he’s being flooded with questions about his future, not as a Patriot, but as a football player.

With a foot already into Hollywood and the other inching closer, Gronk’s non-committal attitude after the Super Bowl is understandable to most of us, however, Bill Belichick is likely looking at it as an opportunity to get the most value for his star TE. His stock likely won’t be higher than it is right now.
