Video shows a McDonalds Employee slapping a customer, this took place at the McDonalds on Beach Boulevard near St. Johns Bluff Road according to ActionNewsJax.
According to other customers who witnessed the altercation, the lady threw coffee on the employee and the rest is history. A lot of folks agree that the employee acted out of line…
“I’m speechless. I’m blown away by that one,” said Eddie Ford, a customer. I think it’s totally unprofessional. Your job is customer service, and you come behind the counter and fight a consumer? That’s crazy, You’re the face of the company.”
McDonald’s owner Debbie Moreland released a statement following the altercation.
“I do not condone the behavior depicted in this video. We are currently investigating this matter.”
No word on what happened with the employee but it doesn’t look good.
