The Portland Trailblazers had a tremendous regular season but that came to a halt in the first round of the 2018 NBA playoffs.
The Blazers were swept by the New Orleans Pelicans and Damian Lillard had one of his worst performances during this playoff run. According to Slam Magazine, Lillard wants a meeting with Blazers owner Paul Allen. Perhaps Lillard has a player that can help this team get over the hump and get out of the first round or maybe it’s about his contract.
In the past two seasons, the Blazers have been bounced in the first round, it could be time for a change in the Pacific Northwest. It’s unclear what Lillard is reaching out to discuss with Allen, but stay tuned for more updates.
