Chris Bosh and his mother won’t be making happy Mother’s Day memories together this year as reports are surfacing she is suing her son for reneging on his promise to take care of her for life.
In court documents obtained by The Blast.com, Freida Bosh claims her ex-NBA star son tricked her into signing documents relating to the deed of her home in Texas by telling her they were related to her divorce from Chris’ father and transferring his interest in the home to her.
Freida claims she only learned that she didn’t own the home in August 2017, when she was contacted by Chris’ lawyer.
The suit says Chris has tried to evict her and continues to try and withhold the home from her. Freida is seeking unspecified damages and the return of the home and wants the court to void the deed transfer.
Freida Bosh was arrested in December for allowing a drug trafficking operation to operate in the home at the center of the current suit.
Bosh reportedly denied all allegations in the complaint.
