Fabolous was arrested in March for allegedly punching his girl Emily B. numerous times that knocked some of her front teeth out. This was also after he supposedly made threats against her in the past.
Fab and Emily B. were at Bergen County Superior Court in New Jersey today for his first appearance since the incident. Per Bossip, Fab waived the case after going over possible plea deals. He will be back in court next month.
Emily B. even asked that the courts dismiss a separtate domestic violence case between the two. After the hearings, both Fab and Emily left the court house together.
Fab’s lawyer Brian Neary also addressed the rumors of a previous restraining order made by Emily.
“There’s no restraining order on that case,” Neary said. “That was accomplished several weeks ago, and that was dismissed by Emily.”
Neary added that Fab’s court apperance in June is a pre-trial intervention hearing. In this case, first-time offenders have an opportunity to cop a plea instead of court, according to a court clerk in a statement to Bossip.
