Los Angeles Eye Witness News reports that Halloween: Resurrection actress Daisy McCrackin was kidnapped from her her south LA home along with a friend and fellow actor Joey Capone. The kidnappers placed hoods over their heads and took them to a home in Compton. Capone was pistol whipped, stripped naked, and placed into a bathtub, to wait as McCrackin was taken to multiple banks to withdraw a total amount of $10,000. When she was unsuccessful, the kidnappers forced her to write out a check for the full amount, which they then deposited into a personal checking account.
McCrackin and Capone were held hostage in this home for 2 days, until McCrackin was brought back to her home by the kidnappers, eventually being able to escape and alert the authorities. The three suspects Amber Neal, Keith Andre Stewart and Johntae Jones are facing 17 felony charges including kidnapping, assault with a firearm, grand theft, mayhem, conspiracy and possession for sale of a controlled substance. Stewart and Jones could face life in prison without the possibility of parole while the female kidnapper could face life. Chris Darden from the OJ trial is allegedly representing one of the suspects.
Neal allegedly forged documents claiming that she was the owner of McCrackin’s Lexus, which led to her arrest when she was pulled over driving the stolen car.
