It seems like Kemba Walker has been on the trade block all summer due to the fact that he’s an unrestricted free agent in 2019. The Hornets don’t want to lose him with getting nothing in return and they are skeptical abot him returning to Charlotte.
The Knicks have been rumored to be a team that could acquire both Jimmy Butler and Kemba Walker next summer. Walker told The Athletic that he doubts seeing himself being in New York and that he wants to be a Hornet for a long time.
Walker expressed his approval of the Hornets signing Tony Parker in free agency and loves the development of teammate Malik Monk.
