Once again, the Police were wrongfully called on a generous woman, who was just out here trying to fulfill her civic duty. 

Thicky Minaj thought it would be nice to give out waters on a hot, 100 degree day, to thirsty drivers, but the Cops got called, and they came and shut Minaj down because she held up traffic for over six hours. 

This can’t possibly be Thicky’s fault, right?

The Cops even used the helicopters out on poor, poor, Thicky to get a better view of what she was doing to traffic. 

Still, these smitten responding Officers made sure they got their own selfies with Thicky Minaj before they completely shut her charity down for good.
