Bossip reports that Carter says a man named “Meechie Hoe” slipped something into her drink and while under the influence of the unnamed substance he took advantage of her and recorded it.
After defending herself in an Instagram post, she suggested all the parties involved seek legal representation because she plans on filing suit.
