Andrea Buera was unable to press charges against Trey Songz so now she’s going for his pockets.
Back in February, Buera claimed the 33-year old R&B star choked her and punched her at a party during NBA All-Star Weekend in Los Angeles. The alleged attack left her with a swollen eye, bruised ribs, bruised jaw and bruised legs. He denied the allegations but turned himself in in March. However, the charges were dropped a month later after the L.A. district attorney claims there was lack of evidence and witness statements contradicting Buera’s story.
4 months later, she is now filing a lawsuit against Songz and declares its for her medical expenses and other damages according to TMZ,
Buera told Songz back in April during a press conference that she wanted an apology and hopes to be his last victim. Songz was accused of assaulting a police officer back in 2016. He pleas guilty and was sentenced to 18 months probation.
