Not surprisingly, there’s another day that white supremacists bother black people that are minding their business for simply being black. This time, it comes in Mobile, Alabama where a racist couple pulled out a gun on a Tyra Jones, a black woman who was in her car taking her child back to school shopping, per NBC 15.
Jones expressed her fear to NBC 15 as she was concerned if her and her daughter would make it out of the incident without being injured. The woman that was in the front seat with the man also wanted to randomly fight her.
“The Camry pulled on the side of me in the grass and the driver just started waving his gun and calling me names,” said Jones. His girlfriend or wife just kept asking me to get out of the car and fight her.”
Jones said she doesn’t know what caused the couple to be so aggressive as she was driving the normal speed limit. Jones was also armed with a gun but kept her composure as she only pulled her phone out to take photos of what was happening.
“It is a danger on the road and I know I’m more than likely not the only person they did like this. “If you make an example out of one person, you won’t have to worry about that again, so hopefully they get found and apprehended.”
Jones brought photos of the incident to authorities and the Mobile Police Department isn’t taking this lightly. They said that pointing a gun at someone is a misdemeanor.
