NBA players are unafraid and are standing in solidarity with gamers and gaming events.
TMZ reports that Ben Simmons, DeMarcus Cousins, and Giannis Antetokounmpo were among the players and celebrities that attended an NBA 2K19 live event in New York on Wednesday.
Despite the recent tragedy where a Florida man shot and killed 2 people and injured 11 at a Madden tournament, the event went off without a hitch with the night punctuated with a performance by Travis Scott.
