Eminem is currently involved in his beef with Machine Gun Kelly following the release of his diss record ‘KILLSHOT‘ which featured MGK in a sniper rifle’s aim as the cover art. Em also recently released his Kamikaze album which reached the top spot on the Billboard 200 chart.
Em is now coming after critics who disapproved of his album by posting a full-page ad in The Hollywood Reporter’s magazine. This was sent in by Em, Shady Records, Aftermath Entertainment and Interscope Records. The ad featured the statistic of the album being #1 in 103 countries and quotes from different outlets.
Some quotes included are Eminem being an aging artist who is trying to stay relevant, the project being an “intermittently tone-deaf onslaught,” and that he’s blaming everyone but himself.
The ad concluded by saying “Thanks for the support, assholes.” Eminem is still one of the most talented artists of all-time and he proved that on his recent album. It is on top of the charts for a reason.
