Two Chicago priests were placed under arrests after pedestrians saw the duo engaged in public sex acts.
CBS Miami reports that Diego Berrio and Edwin Giraldo Cortez were arrested after receiving calls that two men were in the front seat of a car, with non-tinted windows, performing oral sex on each other at 3:20 in the afternoon.
“Yesterday, we received a call indicating that two men were performing a sex act inside of a car. This is in broad daylight, 13th Street and Ocean Drive. There are no tints on the window,” explained Miami Beach Police spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez.
When police arrived, it was still going on.
“We observed the two males performing the sex act, the officer had to tap on the window to get their attention,” said Officer Rodriguez.
When police ran their addresses, it ran back to Mission San Juan Diego Parish in Arlington Heights.
Berrio was charged with a misdemeanor charge of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior and GiraldoCortez was also charged with a misdemeanor charge of Lewd and Lascivious Behavior plus Indecent Exposure. The Archdiocese of Chicago has since issued a statement.
