Nike products will no longer be utilized by a Louisiana City by Mayor’s decree.
CBS News reports that the Louisiana city of Kenner, by order of Mayor E. Ben Zahn III, banned the purchase of Nike’s products by clubs using the city’s recreation facilities and at least one of the City’s councilman, Gregory Carroll is denouncing the action. In addition, the Mayor of neighboring New Orleans is making his own statement regarding the Kenner city-wide ban.
