A fan upset tickets to an Ice Cube concert was sold out was shot by police after he fired his own weapon in the air.
TMZ reports that Daniel Elizarraras pulled up to the Del Mar racetrack in San Diego only to find out tickets to the concert were already sold out. Becoming irate, Elizarraras pulled out his gun and fired shots into the crowd. San Diego Sheriff deputies, in turn, fired their own shots at Elizarraras wounding him.
None of the roughly 18,000 people were in attendance for the soldout show were hurt. Elizarraras is in stable condition.
