The Golden State Warriors are 5-1 in the early part of this season. Kevin Durant and Steph Curry are playing like MVPs and the team has a +12.8 point differential. Despite their record and good play thus far, all-star guard Klay Thompson is struggling shooting the ball. He is shooting 38% from the field and the sharpshooter has only made 4 of 31 three-pointers. For many players that would be cause for concern, and Klay is definitely frustrated. Perhaps that’s why he wasn’t in the Fergie troll video the team made Friday night after their win over the Knicks. Regardless, his teammates and coach aren’t worried and know’s he’ll get back to form soon.
Head coach Steve Kerr talked about Klay’s shooting slump on Saturday during his media availability.
Kevon Looney shared his thoughts on Klay’s struggles as well.
