Yesterday, it was announced that Travis Scott would headline the Super Bowl halftime show in Atlanta along with Maroon 5. Many artists have called for Scott to pull out of the performance, including Meek Mill where he asked “For what?” on Twitter. The NFL is still blackballing Colin Kaepernick for kneeling during the national anthem to protest racism and police brutality in America.
Karrueche spoke with TMZ and isn’t feeling Scott doing the halftime show either. She doesn’t doesn’t think it’s a good idea and she’s still hoping that Scott will back out of the performance. Factors in her opinion include the way the NFL is doing Kaep wrong along with how they let players get on rosters despite the domestic violence incidents against women.
Karrueche concluded by saying she hopes Scott ends up not doing it so he supports his people and Kaepernick. Scott is in the Kardashian-Jenner clan so it seems like this will be unlikely to happen.
