Here is the Alleged Evidence the Chicago PD Has Against Jussie Smollet Who They Claimed Paid EMPIRE Actors to Attack Him; Legally What Smollett Could be Charged With (Video)

So, a couple of days ago, we all thought that Jessie Smollett was the victim of a hate crime. Now, according to TMZ, it seems like Jessie was actually in on his own attack, and Jessie even paid the two brothers—Ola and Abel—that attacked him too.

Apparently, Jessie paid for the rope that the brothers wrapped around his neck. Also, both the guys that attacked Jessie worked on the set of Empire well. Thus, while we are all sitting here trying to figure out whether this whole thing was staged or not, the only people that are involved here are actors.

Plus, neither of these guys are “white guys”, which basically contradicts Jessie’s entire account of the events. Similarly, all of their Empire coworkers said Ola and Abel aren’t #MAGA, which makes perfect sense because their both from Nigeria.

According to ABC, Chicago Police are “eager” to speak to Jessie again, so that’s not good for Jessie either because nobody wants to speak to “eager Cops” at all. The Police also have the brothers’ cell phone records now too, so Jessie better start getting his side of the story together. Like right now.

All available video suggests that Ola and Abel were the only ones present during the time of Jessie’s alleged attack. If it turns out Jessie was lying, Jessie could be looking at some actual time for lying to authorities and getting two people locked up in the process.

Penalties for “creating a false police report” range in terms of their severity. Here, people got arrested, houses got search, phones, got seized, and false news got reported, so this is severe enough to warrant some discipline. Flip the pages to see video about the incident; the police; and Ola’s and Abel’s lawyer.
