We’ve all been able to digest the Gucci situation and their racist clothing. Many people have called on others to boycott the famous brand and a lot have responded to that call by doing so. One person who hasn’t stopped boycotting Gucci is Floyd Mayweather. Mayweather recently had some comments on the Gucci boycott and they weren’t positive.
These comments prompted 50 Cent to come out in support of the Gucci boycott. He did his part by burning a Gucci shirt and in the process, slamming Floyd Mayweather for disrespecting the boycott and not taking part in it.
50 Cent has a great point here and it should be echoed. Floyd saying I’m going to wear whatever I want to wear and all is fine. But to disrespect the boycott when it’s going for an actual good reason? Yeah, slow your roll Floyd and think again.
