Bryce Harper is soon going to help the city of Philadelphia on the field as a member of the Philadelphia Phillies. He’s now apparently helping the city off the field as well.
Le’Veon Bell posted a screenshot of his DMs with a certain new Philly slugger recruiting him to join the Eagles. Seems like he really enjoys the city and wants to do all that he can. Considering his new deal is for 13 years with no opt outs and a no trade clause, doing these things for the city is a good way to start out your long stay in Philly.
Le’Veon Bell on the other hand would be a great fit in the Eagles offense. I would be concerned about his role as the Eagles love to use their backs in a committee approach. Maybe that’s what the drama of free agency frenzy and the questions of fits are fun right?
