The Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida where Robert Kraft was allegedly involved in running a prostitution ring has been catching heat since the scandal broke out. According to TMZ Sports now, The Jupiter Police Dept. and Palm Beach prosecutors are being sued by a customer who works at the spa for secretly videotaping.
The customer says that secret videotaping at the spa is a “gross violation” of the customer’s federal civil rights. They filed the lawsuit anonymously under the name on John Doe. They said cameras were inside every room of the spa.
The lawsuit states that the Jupiter PD placed a false “suspicious package” on January 18. This caused the spa to be evacuated and while police where inside, they installed these cameras. The lawsuit also claims that police would follow patrons who left the spa and hit them with traffic violations and interrogating them about things happening in the spa.
The lawsuit was filed by attorney Joe Tacopina, who had previously represented Meek Mill for being unjustly imprisoned for a “probation violation” which was because he was popping wheelies on a motorcycle in NYC. The desired outcome for John Doe in this case are damages and injunction, and these videotapes inside the spa to be destroyed.
