The Warriors beat the Rockets 104-100 in Game 1 of the West semis yesterday and it didn’t look like the officiating was on point. Houston felt that way for sure as they felt that some crucial calls were missed down the stretch of the game that ended up helping Golden State secure the W. One in particular was Chris Paul looking for a four-point play. It wasn’t called and he was ejected after picking up his second technical.
Earlier today, Warriors Head Coach Steve Kerr trolled the Rockets by flopping in front of a reporter. Rockets GM Daryl Morey wasn’t having it as he tweeted a 2016 article about Kerr complaining about officiating. This was after the Warriors won in Toronto in November of that season. Morey didn’t have anything to say and let Kerr’s quotes from that game do the talking.
This is gonna be a really fun and entertaining series just like when both teams went at it in last year’s Western Conference Finals. Flip the page to check out Morey clapping back at Kerr on Twitter and Kerr’s flop.
