A new season of T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle premieres on VH1 tonight and the hottest topic coming into the show is Monica’s divorce from former NBA player Shannon Brown. According to TMZ, she’s refusing to discuss the divorce on the show.
Monica’s refusal has producers for the show annoyed about it as well. She doesn’t even want to entertain the thought of bringing his name up at all this season. Producers think the Shannon Brown topic would make for a bigger story line but that still doesn’t matter to her.
In the trailer for the upcoming season, Monica said she couldn’t imagine being a 38-year-old single mother in the midst of the divorce. It looks like that’s all she will mention this season as she clearly wants to get Brown out of her head for good. Brown was supposedly cheating on her during their marriage.
